Embroidery Cloth Iron on/Sew on Patches,

Size: about 61mm long, 76mm wide, 1.5mm thick.

Place motif on the desired spot. Put a thin cloth over the patch. Set the iron to the permissible maximum temperature for your garment and iron on for about 45-60 seconds with firm pressure. Leave the article to cool off, turn inside out and iron on the wrong side for about 30 seconds, leave the article to cool off. Wash inside out. If necessary repeat the ironing process. Only dry-iron, without a damp cloth, without steam.
